How long does it take?

Every poster is printed to order close to you: in the USA, the UK or the EU. Printing takes 1–3 working days and delivery usually 3–5 working days in the US and UK, a little longer elsewhere. Allow up to 10 working days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. UK orders are printed and shipped in the UK, and EU orders are printed and shipped within the EU, so there are no import duties on those. Everywhere else, rates and delivery times for your country are shown at checkout before you pay; any local import duties are paid by the recipient.

Is shipping free?

US: free shipping on orders over $149, including every framed poster and every bundle. UK: free on orders over £149. Everywhere else: unframed prints ship free over the local threshold (for example €99 in the EU); framed pieces ship at cost, shown at checkout before you pay.

What sizes are there?

Small, medium and large. In the US and UK: 12×16, 16×24 and 20×30 inches. Elsewhere: framed 12×18, 18×24 and 20×30 inches; unframed A3, A2 and A1. Bundles come in one size for the whole set, so they hang as one.

What does the frame look like?

A black frame with an acrylic front, lighter and safer than glass, with hanging hardware fitted. In the UK the frame is hand-crafted wood in a black finish with a Perspex front. Out of the box, onto the wall.

How do I hang them?

Hang the centre of the poster, or the centre of the group, about 57 inches from the floor. Every bundle comes with a hanging guide with the exact gaps for each size.

What if it arrives damaged?

If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free. Email us through the contact page with your order number and the photo.

Can I return it?

Every poster is made to order for you, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns beyond your legal rights. The returns policy has the details.

When do I get the guide?

By email, as a PDF, when you order. You don't wait for the poster to arrive.
