Returns & Refunds

Every poster is printed for you after you order it. If something isn't right, here is exactly where you stand.

Damaged, faulty or wrong: we pay for everything

If your poster or frame arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, send a photo to hello@marcomalone.com within 30 days of delivery. We will reprint it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us within those 14 days at hello@marcomalone.com, and you then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method. If you are in the UK or EU this is your legal right; we offer the same terms to customers everywhere else.

Condition

Posters and frames must come back unused and in their original packaging, well protected. If an item comes back handled more than you would to inspect it in a shop, or damaged in transit because it was poorly packed, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Who pays return postage

If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. Framed posters are large, so we recommend a tracked service; until it reaches us the parcel is your responsibility. If you return your whole order within the 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery you paid.

Digital guides

The PDF guides, wallpapers and hanging guide are sent by email as soon as you order. By placing your order you agree to receive them straight away, which means the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to the digital items themselves. It still applies to the posters.

Faults found later

Your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, are unaffected by anything above. If a fault appears later, write to us and we will put it right.
