The Guides and Orders
What do I get?
Each guide comes as a PDF and a Word file. The tracker and the pricing builder are Excel files.
How fast do I get it?
Right away. You get a download link on screen and by email as soon as you pay.
Which guide should I start with?
Start with the stage you're stuck on. People don't reach out? The Patient Acquisition Guide. They call but don't book or stay? The Patient Onboarding Playbook. Not sure what to charge? The Practice Money Blueprint. Want all of it? The Toolkit.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Share it with the team at your practice. It's for use within your business. Please don't sell it or post it online.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 30 days if a file won't open or isn't what you ordered. We fix it or refund you in full. The refund policy has the details.
Do you do the work for us?
No. We sell guides and tools. Your team does the work. The guides show you how, step by step.
Do I need new software?
No. The guides work with the phone and text tools you have now. The sheets run in Excel.
Is this legal advice?
No. The guides are general guidance. You follow the laws and rules where you work. Check your state's rules on texts and calls.
Texting and Privacy
Is it OK to text patients?
Only with their consent. Keep health details out of texts. Stop when they ask you to. Rules differ by state, so check yours with your lawyer.
Does the tracker hold patient data?
No. It only holds totals. Never type patient names or health details into it. Your copy stays with you. We never see it.
